Piffle Support
We love getting feedback from our players and we definitely want to hear if something doesn’t seem to be working correctly.
The best way to contact us is directly from the device you are having problems with. In the top right hand corner of the Piffle home screen, there is a button that looks like a cog. If you click on this you will see an option for customer support on the following screen.
If you can’t get to the customer support screen or find the cog, you can Report a Bug.

When will Piffle get more updates?
Piffle is no longer being actively developed. The app will remain in storefronts with over 900 puzzles to solve and countless adorable Piffle balls to unlock! Thank you to our wonderful Piffle community for your support & enthusiasm - it’s been a blast and we can’t wait to bring you more fun projects soon!

Piffle can be enjoyed on a variety of mobile devices. You can download the game from the platforms listed below:

How do I unlock new Piffle Balls?
Piffle Balls can come in all shapes and sizes! By collecting Ingredients and unlocking Patterns in chests and by winning special events, players can replace their standard, out-of-the-box Piffle Ball with a new Piffle Ball.
When will there be new levels to play?
We are always working on releasing new levels for you to play! In the meantime, you can compete in our special challenges to keep having fun with Piffle.
Why is my game crashing?
The best way to help us figure out why your game is crashing is to contact us via support@hipsterwhale.com and our support team will reply to your email as soon they can. :)
💾 Accounts and Data
Can I transfer my progress across platforms?
For Android and iOS players, you can log into Facebook via Settings. The Settings cog is in the top right hand corner of the Piffle Map screen, and you can find the Facebook logo at the bottom of the Settings screen. This will enable you to sync your progress across these platforms.
I have lost my progress!
On iOS, your progress will be backed up via iCloud. If you sign back in to iCloud you will be offered to load your saved game after you log back into Piffle.
For Google Play - your process is saved with your Google Play account. Make sure you are signed in to Google Play and you will be offered to load your saved game when you open Piffle.

I would to report an inappropriate ad
We’re sorry to hear that you have been served an inappropriate ad.
We have a number of different ad providers for Piffle, and they all show ads on behalf of many different companies. We give these ad providers clear guidelines on what sort of advertising is appropriate in Piffle, and we also screen ads prior to release, but unfortunately sometimes ads will slip through that are not up to the standards we expect.
To help us remove inappropriate content please send us any information you can remember about the ad to support@hipsterwhale.com
Can you also please let us know if you're on an Apple or Android device. If you notice any other inappropriate ads in the future, please take a screenshot of it and send it through.
